Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account on, or signing in to, the IAM Auth Server (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

The Service provides centralised single sign-on authentication for a set of internal applications operated by Dilip Dangoriya on the dilipdangoriya.com.np family of domains (for example: calender.dilipdangoriya.com.np, live.dilipdangoriya.com.np, meroshare.dilipdangoriya.com.np, play.dilipdangoriya.com.np). The Service issues short-lived, signed OIDC identity tokens to those applications so that you can move between them without re-entering your credentials.

The Service is provided free of charge for personal use within the dilipdangoriya.com.np ecosystem. It is not offered as a commercial service to third parties.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address that you control.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (password and authenticator app) secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, spam, or malware.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

5. Security & two-factor authentication

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any second-factor device (such as your phone's authenticator app).

• Use a unique, strong password (at least 8 characters, with letters and numbers) and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Where available, enable two-factor authentication (TOTP) on your account.
• Never share your password, one-time codes, or authenticator codes with anyone — including people claiming to be support staff.

If you lose access to your authenticator, use the in-app Reset 2FA flow (email-confirmed) or contact dilipdangoriya@gmail.com.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or interrupt any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to perform maintenance, fix issues, or comply with legal obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when this version took effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting dilipdangoriya@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or if continued operation of the Service requires it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from or related to the Service will be resolved in the courts of Nepal, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
